I can't understand why I can't log in with the Office in my personal computer. In my mobile phone, I'm able to connect to the institutional Microsoft account using the Office apps. I logged in again in my laptop and it worked, but in my personal computer I still can't. I've logged out my institutional Microsoft account from the Office in the laptop and tried again in my personal computer, but itĪppeared the same error message. It gives an error message that says that it can't establish a connection and that I should check my network and try again later. I've installed it in the same way in my personal computer, but it doesn't connect to my institutional Microsoft account. I've installed it in my laptop and did the login to my institutional Microsoft account so that would be connected with the web version. Our Support service could provide more information on your specific issue.I'm a student in a University with the Office 365 subscription agreement, that allows to install the Office 365 in a few computers for each student. We are handling issues contained to the platform and tools available with the Unity engine, but not the service related problems. If the steps I have mentioned above do not help please contact our Customer Service ( ) as this is not a Unity Editor issue. Make sure to download the newest available version. You can also try re-installing the Unity hub. If that did not help, you can try running the Unity hub in administrator mode. Thanks for the help.Told me the following:ĭid you try to delete the %appdata%/Roaming/Unity folder? The last time this happened with 2018, the package manager wasn't working. In the 2019 editor the account drop down is greyed out. I think its a firewall/filter issue.I can't get over the fact that 2018 lets me do it, but not 2019. Contact support? I am going to fiddle with it some more.I would like to have more ammo before I start haggling with our IT Dept. Did everything they said, but didn't work.
